Wrong employees are everywhere, they send you their resumes, they coerce you into 'giving them a chance' and they will give you '101%', they plead, beg or even cry. You finally give in hoping your favor will be appropriately rewarded, well you do not know people because as soon as they comfortably sign a binding document, you cease being a friend.
